I work with teens and twenty-somethings navigating anxiety, low self-worth, identity confusion, complicated family dynamics (especially with moms), perfectionism, and relationship patterns that are hard to untangle.

My clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and usually overwhelmed — even if no one else sees it. In therapy, we slow things down, talk honestly, and start connecting the dots between what’s happening now and what shaped you.
