welcome to your twEnties !!

The decade where you are supposed to be “figuring it out” — but no one really talks about how confusing, lonely, and disorienting that actually is.

You might be:

  • Grieving a version of yourself that no longer fits

  • Coming out of a breakup and realizing how much of yourself you lost in the relationship

  • Trying to rework your relationship with your parents — especially your mom

  • Struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling like you’re falling behind

  • Noticing codependent patterns, people-pleasing, and unclear boundaries — in friendships, dating, or family

  • Navigating post-grad identity shifts and wondering what you actually want, not just what’s expected

I work with clients in their twenties who are in transition — emotionally, relationally, professionally. The ones who are functioning, but not feeling okay. The ones who can reflect on their patterns but don’t know how to change them. The ones who are doing all the “right things” and still feel stuck.

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. We’ll explore how your past experiences — in relationships, in your family, in the roles you’ve played — are still shaping how you show up now. Together, we’ll build insight, clarity, and the emotional tools to start shifting what’s no longer working.

You don’t need a crisis to come to therapy. You just need a space where you can stop pretending everything’s fine and start figuring out what’s next.
