hEyyyy…
I’m really glad you’re here.
Maybe you’re curious about therapy. Maybe you’re not. Maybe someone else suggested it and you’re just going along with it — or maybe something in you knew you needed this, even if you’re not sure why yet.
Maybe you’re spiraling.
Maybe you just Googled “i got the ick now what.”
Maybe you’ve saved 48 TikToks about attachment styles and still feel kind of lost.
However you got here, welcome. That’s a solid place to start.
no, you’re not crazy. yes, that’s valid.

I’m not here to push you into feelings you’re not ready to touch, or pretend everything can be solved with a deep breath and a journal prompt.
That’s not how this works.
What I am here to do is get curious with you — about the stuff that doesn’t make sense yet. The patterns you keep landing in. The way your body shuts down and your brain kicks into overdrive. The things you’ve said before — and then regretted saying out loud.
Therapy with me is honest. Direct. Collaborative.
Sometimes we talk through it. Sometimes we sit in it for a second.
Sometimes I’ll ask, “What just happened?” — and we follow that thread, wherever it leads.
We can talk about anxiety. Your family. School. Anger. Sadness. Numbness. Friend drama. Dating. Guilt. Shame. The fear that if someone really saw you, they might leave.
All of that belongs here.
Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes you cry.
The good news is, you don’t have to explain yourself perfectly for it to matter.
wE can talk about…
- Anxiety, overthinking, or feeling totally numb
- Your relationship with food, your body, and the pressure to look a certain way
-Using substances to cope, escape, or just feel something
-Anger and Impulsive Behavior
-Fear of being seen — and fear of being rejected once you are
-Depression, numbness, or not feeling like yourself anymore
-Dating, breakups, and why its hard to let people in
-Guilt, shame, and not knowing how to say what you need
-Wanting to be understood, but not knowing where to start
-Feeling like you're too much, not enough, or both
-The version of you everyone sees — and the one no one really knows
-What it means to be yourself when you’re not fixing, pleasing, or shrinking
